A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

 

Cancellations/reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

 

Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule and will be charged as a late cancellation fee.
